A: I am all about heavy weights... not endurance... I sometimes do cardio but I do not want to 'burn up' my muscles... See my other answer were I go over my typical week in the gym

A: As a female bodybuilder ... The short answer? I lift heavy, and I train with intention. 💪🏽
I work out 5–6 days a week, and I structure my training around specific body parts each day. It’s all about progressive overload and focused intensity. Here’s a breakdown of my typical weekly split:
Day 1: Glutes & Hamstrings – Hip thrusts, RDLs, walking lunges, glute bridges
Day 2: Back & Biceps – Barbell rows, lat pulldowns, seated curls, preacher curls
Day 3: Quads & Calves – Squats, leg press, Bulgarian split squats, calf raises
Day 4: Shoulders & Triceps – Overhead press, lateral raises, cable kickbacks, dips
Day 5: Core & Functional Work – Hanging leg raises, Russian twists, planks, sled pushes
Rest days are active—mobility, stretching, or light cardio to keep blood flowing.

A: Great question .... about my diet – it's all about that clean, no-nonsense eating! I keep it real simple, real basic. We're talking high-quality proteins like chicken breast, salmon, lean hamburger meat, or buffalo. And don't forget the greens – lots and lots of veggies!
I'm all about fueling my body with the good stuff, which means avoiding those extra sauces and 'bits' that stick to your mouth and not your muscles. I'm eating about five to six times a day to keep this body going strong. So, if you're looking to get that muscle-bound bod, start by cleaning up your meals, and let's see where that takes you!
